FAQ

How do your period undies work?

Aisle undies feature a specially engineered lining that combines super-absorbent Truetex™ technology with a leak-proof lining to keep you dry and feelin’ fly.

How much fluid do they hold?

Up to 4X as much as a standard disposable! Our undies absorb 2 tampons worth of fluid on their own, or 4 tampons worth when you wear with the included booster.

FAQ Image

Do I need to wear a pad or tampon with them?

Nope! Our undies were built to completely replace pads and tampons. They make great backup protection with tampons or menstrual cups, too.

What does the booster do?

Our undies absorb 2 tampons worth of fluid on their own, but if you need a little extra you can add the optional booster for an extra 2 tampons worth. Just tuck the ends into the slits at either end of the gusset.

How do I wash my Aisle undies?

It’s not that complicated - our undies were made to fit into your regular laundry routine. Just rinse out in cool water, then wash and dry with your regular laundry. As with any garment, wash with like colors.

Best Period Underwear I've Tried

Absolutely obsessed with these! They're hands down the best period underwear I've tried and definitely worth the price.

I'm 5'11" and have big hips/thighs, so it's hard to find boxer briefs that fit right, and these are perfect. The leg openings aren't too tight, and I don't find the rise to be too low(like a few other reviews mentioned). The material and waistband are super soft and comfy, and the absorbency is unparalleled. These are the only period underwear that ACTUALLY last over night. Love them and super highly recommend!

amazing absorbency, but fit not great for long-waisted types

So, I honestly love these things; the first pair I've gotten that actually work at night on my heavier days. My only complaint about them is that for those of us who are tall/longwaisted, the fit is awkward (the waist does not come up nearly high enough to feel secure). Having said that, I'm still going to buy another pair soon as they are truly absorbent and comfy, and I have recommended them to friends.

Almost great!

The pros! These go all the way up the front and the back so they’re unlikely to leak. I followed sizing closely and it was pretty accurate. I feel fairly secure wearing these. I had leakage on one when I wasn’t wearing the liner, but knowing my body, that wasn’t a surprise.

The minuses—this do kind of stretch out and droop throughout the day, which isn’t a huge deal to me. The bigger minus is that I don’t love the way the liner pad is inserted. It makes for rubbery lines on the gusset, one of which is in a delicate place for me, and they don’t stay in place super well. I kind of wish they went in on the side somehow instead? These do get the job done better than any other period underwear I’ve tried so far, and the customer service is excellent, so they’re definitely worth a try.
