How do your period undies work?

Our specially engineered lining combines super-absorbent Truetex™ technology with a leak-proof lining that absorb 4 tampons worth of fluid. Use the removable booster for an additional 4 tampons of absorbency.

Do Aisle period underwear contain PFAS?

No detectable levels of PFAS have been found in our underwear, based on a detectable limit of one part per million..

Do I need to wear a pad or tampon with them?

Nope! Our undies were built to completely replace pads and tampons. They make great backup protection with tampons or menstrual cups, too.

What does the booster do?

Our undies absorb 4 tampons worth of fluid on their own, but if you need a little extra you can add the optional booster for an extra 4 tampons worth. Just tuck the ends into the slits at either end of the gusset.

The only period panties I buy.

I love the fit of these. They are comfy and not super bulky, they work well. And most importantly I can wear them and not be worried about PFAS. The only thing I'd change is I'd love a pair in this fit that did not have the booster space. For some reason over time it just gets itchy and I've started wearing mine inside out because of it. I only wear these on light/spotty days so I never use the boost. Still love these though!!

Best of several brands I’ve tried

These fit really well with minimal bulk. I am 5’ 4” 130 lbs and the M fit perfectly. I bought 4 pairs!

Boost hipster

The BOOST hipster is as absorbent as my other BOOST underwear. However, the style is not a good fit for my needs. Due to major abdominal surgery I had a few years ago, I need underwear to fit a certain way. These just do not.
