FAQ

How are liners different from pads?

Pads are for full-on flow, with 4X the absorbency of the average disposable pad. Liners are thinner for light flow days, spotting, or to backup your menstrual cup.

Can I use liners for my period?

You know your flow best! Lots of folks, especially those with lighter periods, prefer to use liners over pads. Just be aware they won’t hold as much as our pads or undies do, and be sure to pair with a menstrual cup or tampon on heavy days.

FAQ Image

How often do I need to change my liner?

At least once a day, or about as often as you would change a disposable liner.

How do I wash my liners?

Rinse in cool water, then wash and dry with your regular laundry.
As with any garment, wash with like colors.

Where are your liners made?

We’ve been making our liners at the same small, locally-owned & operated factory for over 25 years, right here in Vancouver, BC.

Glow up!!

I have a bunch of liners from this brands Lunapad days and was in need of a refresh. In my opinion their liners have had a MAJOR glow up. Comfier, sleeker, more discreet. Everything you want in a reusable liner! Well plus absorbency but they’ve never had a problem with that!!

Soft, thin, pricey but worth it!

I purchased Lunapads liners 3 or 4 years ago and it was time to get a new set. I use liners everyday, as I have very regular discharge at every stage of my cycle, including as back-up to my menstrual cup during my period. I was excited to see Lunapads re-brand to be more inclusive as Aisle, but nervous about the changes to the actual product. The new liners are definitely thinner, which is nice. And I appreciate the softness! There is a little less "built-in" structure which means the liner sometimes bunches a little, whereas the prior product was a little more rigid in the shape that it held. This doesn't really have a negative impact on my impression of the product though. The two things I do miss from the old products is the variety of print selection (I loved the bicycle print, haha) and also the style of snap on the liners. The former snap felt a little more petit and securely attached to the fabric, while the newer one is a little larger and I can't just pull at the "wings" of the liner to unattach the snap because it feels like the fabric might pull away from the snap or rip, so I am more careful to "unsnap" by pulling at the two ends of the snap and not the fabric. This is a minor criticism though.

On the whole I really love these liners! I can't imagine going back to disposables - yuck! And I really appreciate what this company values and stands for; its worth every penny (or nickel). I highly recommend these liners!

So happy Aisle kept this great line

I purchased mine from Lunapads, about 2 years ago (they were formerly called Performa). I use mine for the end of my period and those in between days! I do wish the longer liners had been available then as the regular ones sometimes give me a wedgie, but it’s no big deal.

I am so happy they have kept this, in my opinion superior, line going from their other pads. I know it’s expensive to start, but they have great discounts throughout the year and it’s just so easy and worth it. I thought there would be an adjustment period, but it was just literally like why did I wait so long?!! I even kept one as a sample to show friends and friends of friends to spread the word. Jealous of the cute colours, but I also love my no show black ones!!
