FAQ

How are liners different from pads?

Pads are for full-on flow, with 4X the absorbency of the average disposable pad. Liners are thinner for light flow days, spotting, or to backup your menstrual cup.

Can I use liners for my period?

You know your flow best! Lots of folks, especially those with lighter periods, prefer to use liners over pads. Just be aware they won’t hold as much as our pads or undies do, and be sure to pair with a menstrual cup or tampon on heavy days.

FAQ Image

How often do I need to change my liner?

At least once a day, or about as often as you would change a disposable liner.

How do I wash my liners?

Rinse in cool water, then wash and dry with your regular laundry.
As with any garment, wash with like colors.

Where are your liners made?

We’ve been making our liners at the same small, locally-owned & operated factory for over 25 years, right here in Vancouver, BC.

Great experience!

I love being able to use these on light days, days I may spot, or as backup in case the cup I use leaks. I barely notice they are there, and they feel so comfortable! I wish I had decided to go with Aisle/Luna Pads years ago when I tried a cup, but now I just make sure to tell all my friends who are considering cloth pads that it is a must.

So comfortable!

I have the old fleece lunapads from way back when... like what, 15 years ago? They were always ok but never super comfortable. I enjoyed that I was using less plastic and spending less money on disposable pads. These new pads are a game changer! I cannot believe how slim and comfortable they are. LOVE!
