Do I need to wear a pad or tampon with them?

You know your flow best! Our undies are designed to be worn on their own, but they make great backup protection for a tampon or menstrual cup too.

How do you wash Aisle BASE underwear?

Rinse the gusset in cool water before washing in the machine with your regular laundry. Hang to dry where possible - it saves energy and prolongs the life of your undies! Just make sure they’re fully dry before storing or reusing.

Are BASE period underwear compatible with Aisle Boosters?

We kept it super simple and streamlined with BASE undies, so you can just put 'em on and go. There are no gusset pockets in BASE undies so there's no need to use Aisle Boosters.

Love them!

Ordered a pair to try, and just received my second order so I can have enough to last the week! Not very stretchy, so maybe size up. But I like that about them, helps hold everything secure without any elastics digging into soft places. I use with a cup and alone on light days, never had any kind of leak. I tell everyone about these and the boy shorts, amazing!

Uncomfortable fabric

The Base thong (and bikini too) are not what I had hoped for. The fabric is very stiff (with very little stretch) and not soft at all… it is almost scratchy when you are pulling them on and off. I was right between size small and medium, so after reaching out to their customer service to help me decide, I went with the small and they are so tight they are hard to get on. I would recommend sizing up to everybody. The leakproof-ness has been great and the cut of these is good but the fabric needs a total overall in my opinion

Attractive and functional

Super cute and great for lighter days! Felt a bit tighter than other pairs in different cuts, but likely to help prevent any leaks and still look great.
