FAQ

How do your period undies work?

Aisle undies feature a specially engineered lining that combines super-absorbent Truetex™ technology with a leak-proof lining to keep you dry and feelin’ fly.

How much fluid do they hold?

4X as much as a standard disposable! Our undies absorb 2 tampons worth of fluid on their own, or 4 tampons worth when you wear with the included booster.

FAQ Image

Do I need to wear a pad or tampon with them?

Nope! Our undies were built to completely replace pads and tampons. They make great backup protection with tampons or menstrual cups, too.

What does the booster do?

Our undies absorb 2 tampons worth of fluid on their own, but if you need a little extra you can add the optional booster for an extra 2 tampons worth. Just tuck the ends into the slits at either end of the gusset.

How do I wash my Aisle undies?

It’s not that complicated - our undies were made to fit into your regular laundry routine. Just rinse out in cool water, then wash and dry with your regular laundry. As with any garment, wash with like colors.

Never going back to pads/tampons

[Menstrual]

It’s that time of the month! (How frequently can we say that and be excited??)

Alright, so here’s my promised review of the Briefs by https://periodaisle.ca

The material actually doesn’t feel bad against the skin. While wearing them, I actually pretty much forgot I was wearing anything absorbent and would mildly freak out that I was making a mess everywhere until I remembered I was wearing THE underwear.

For heavier days they give you one free reusable cloth pad. Installing it is really easy. There’s a slit in the front and the back that you just tuck the front part into and then do the same with the back. What secures it is a little rubbery tab...I’ll try and get a video later.

If you need extra padding while out, it takes a second to remove, and then just replace it with an extra cloth liner. You then can put the used liner in a bag until you can wash it and you’re on your way!

I used the liner on day two, but opted to not use one on day three hoping to figure out how long I could before I bled through. Well, I wore it for 24 hours and no bleed through. Now I’m wondering if I even needed to buy the extra liners.

Oh! Speaking of no liners...I could feel the little rubber lines for a little bit after initially putting them on. But after I adjusted it was nothing.

The smell as well holds in pretty well! A lot better than my experiences with disposable pads, the diva cup, tampons.

Washing is also really easy! Just rinse off when you remove them with cool…

Comfy brief

These briefs are well made and the fit is good. I use a separate liner, though.
